"We're thrilled to host this year's event, not only because it will enable us to raise funds to aid more than 100 food pantries, soup kitchens and shelters in the Chicago area, but also because it gives us a chance to re-connect with all of our supporters. We're so grateful to our event sponsors, to our donors and volunteers, and to all who have already purchased tickets for this occasion. Hunger truly Knows No Season - it can be a life-long struggle or it can strike suddenly as circumstances change; it affects people of all races and ages - and it is only by working together that we can make a difference."
