Shirley Ryan AbilityLab golf outing Aug. 12 in Vernon Hills

The 28th annual charity golf outing to benefit the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab will be held Saturday, Aug. 12, at the Vernon Hills municipal golf course, 291 Evergreen Drive.

The rehab center provides treatment and services for stroke recovery, brain injuries and other conditions.

The fee is $150 per player and includes deli lunch, 18 holes of golf with cart, prime rib dinner with beer/wine and prizes. Lunch is at noon followed at 1:30 p.m. by a shotgun start and dinner at 6:30 p.m.
