Streamwood summer parade celebrates 'Movie Magic'

"Movie Magic" was the theme Saturday when the Streamwood Celebration Parade brought community members together Saturday as both participants and spectators.

Marchers and floats made their way along Streamwood Boulevard from Bartlett Road to the festival grounds at Hoosier Grove Park on Irving Park Road.

The parade kicked off the second day of the village's annual celebration, which runs through 7:30 p.m. Sunday.
