MOD Pizza, honeygrow coming to Schaumburg

MOD Pizza and honeygrow are two of five smaller restaurants that will join the larger, free-standing Chuy's this fall at the new Woodfield Gatherings outlot development outside Woodfield Mall along Golf Road.

Village officials Tuesday granted special-use permits to MOD Pizza and honeygrow, which will be located in the two multitenant buildings being constructed along with the 6,802-square-foot Chuy's building.

Schaumburg Economic Development Manager Matt Frank said other potential restaurant tenants are already going through village review.

Woodfield Gatherings is expected to open just before Thanksgiving, Frank said.
