Sour on sugar tax

This new beverage tax in Cook County is a ridiculous burden on businesses and consumers. It is just another way for politicians extract money from taxpayers to fund their giveaways that keep getting them elected. If the Beverage organizations and/or the Jewels, Walmarts, and other business' were serious about fighting this tax, they would simply stop selling those taxed products in Cook County. It probably wouldn't take Cook County very long to see the error of this tax when they feel the wrath of the voters.
