Wayback Burgers to give away free shakes Wednesday
NAPERVILLE - Wayback Burgers in Naperville and Oakbrook Terrace will give away free milkshakes for the first day of summer on Wednesday, June 21, starting at 10:30 a.m. until closing time.
Wayback Burgers owners have stocked up on 30 times the normal supply of ice cream, chocolate and vanilla syrup and cups as each store expects to give away hundreds of free milkshakes. Also, besides the first day of summer, it is also National Selfie Day. So the company will have a Snapchat-style cutout board for customers to take selfies and then post online using the hashtag #FreeShakeDay. Giving away free milkshakes on the first day of summer is a longtime tradition for the company.
