Clinical Computer Systems Inc. announces new executive appointments

Clinical Computer Systems Inc., a leading provider of perinatal software, is pleased to announce the appointment of Cindy Bell as the new vice president-customer services.

Bell has been with CCSI for more than 16 years, and she has held several positions within that timeframe including clinical product manager, and director, regulatory affairs/quality assurance (QA). Prior to joining the company, Bell worked in labor & delivery at Mercy Hospital in Chicago for 28 years, where she assumed a variety of roles and responsibilities during her tenure.

Currently, she will provide project leadership and oversight regarding remote product installations, service and technical operations, new product implementations, and project management. Bell's varied professional experiences make her uniquely qualified to understand customer needs, especially those of the clinical end users.

This appointment enhances CCSI's leadership team and allows for continued emphasis on customer service initiatives. It has also led to Sharon Ponder being promoted to director, regulatory affairs/quality assurance.

Prior to her appointment, Ponder was the quality assurance & national education manager and spent 14 years supporting CCSI in a variety of areas including clinical education, development, implementation, and QA. She also worked as a labor & delivery nurse for 22 years at All Saints Healthcare in Racine, Wis.
