Precedent for meddling

If indeed Russian President Vladimir Putin meddled in our 2016 presidential election, and if he was really responsible for the election of Donald Trump, then he would have been a fantastic vote-getting precinct captain for the late Chicago Mayor Richard J. Daley's legendary political machine.
