NAI Hiffman completes office sale for non-profit

McHENRY - NAI Hiffman recently represented ownership in the sale of a 39,267-square-foot office building at 4100 Veterans Parkway in McHenry.

Terms of the sale were not announced.

Pioneer Center for Human Services sold the property to Alexander Leigh Center for Autism, also a 501(c) 3 nonprofit organization, where it will be relocating from its current space in Crystal Lake. ALCA has plans to expand its Therapeutic Day School services to serve more individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder, OHI, multiple disabilities, developmental delay and/or intellectual disabilities.

NAI Hiffman Senior Vice President - Office Services Jason Wurtz and Vice President - Office Services Aubrey Van Reken represented Pioneer Center for Human Services in the transaction. Bill Lussow and Victor Sanmiguel of Bespoke Commercial Real Estate represented the buyer.
