Leanne Araya Sings Jazz Favorites and Brazilian Hits at the Adler Center

Join jazz singer Leanne Araya for a concert that combines the hits of the great American songbook with jazz standards, and bossa nova flair.

Leanne Araya, the "girl from Ipanema" brings her love of jazz and Brazilian bossa nova to the David Adler Music and Arts Center on Saturday, April 15 at 7pm. While her light, rhythmic voice calls to mind beloved Brazilian singers, this Chicago native often finds herself singing the Great American Songbook.

"Leanne is always a breath of fresh air and we're delighted to have her return to the Adler Center," says Molly Bunder, Program Coordinator.
