Arthur Murray Dance Center holds Reunion April 4th

SCHAUMBURG, ILLINOIS - Arthur Murray Dance Center of Schaumburg (608 East Golf Road, Schaumburg) will hold a Reunion Dance Party on Tuesday April 4, 2017 from 8:15 - 10:00 pm for all Arthur Murray students past and present.

The Arthur Murray franchised dance studios are celebrating 105 years of teaching the world to dance. The history of the Arthur Murray franchised dance studios began in 1912 with a man named Arthur Murray, an American symbol of entrepreneurial success and social dancing. Murray was among the first to use advertising techniques considered cutting edge at the time, selling foot print diagrams of dance steps through the mail, spreading dancing to the masses.

Arthur Murray Dance Center of Schaumburg has been bringing social dancing to Chicago's Northwest suburbs for the past 12 years. "I just love seeing the joy and light on someone's face when accomplish something they never thought possible," said Kam Cho, owner of the Arthur Murray Dance Center of Schaumburg. "We have taught students from all different walks of life over the last 12 years, all who we consider a party of our extended Arthur Murray family."
