Library Program Targets Fake News

"How to Spot Fake News" will be presented from 7-8 p.m., Thursday, April 13, in the Adult Classroom of the Schaumburg Library, 130 S. Roselle Road, Schaumburg. Registration is required for this free program. To register, call (847) 923-3347.

Librarians will demonstrate ways to evaluate information and news sources for authenticity. Audience members will learn how to weed through the noise and tell if a source is trustworthy.
