Vernon Hills seeking July 4 parade volunteers

Vernon Hills is seeking volunteers to help stage the village's annual July 4 parade.

Volunteers would attend the set up meeting July 3, at the staging area on Atrium Drive, then help with the parade from 7 a.m. and to about 11 a.m. on July 4. Families are welcome to volunteer, and high school students also can receive community service hours for volunteering.
