Elk Grove Village Dunkin' Donuts to Celebrate Grand Opening, March 16

The new Dunkin' Donuts at 2750 W. Touhy Ave. in Elk Grove Village will celebrate its grand opening, Thursday, March 16.

Members of the Friendship Junior High School Band will kick off the day by performing at 7:30 a.m. Fayyaz Gillani, the owner of the new Dunkin' Donuts, will present a $500 donation to the band.

Also at 7:30 a.m., Elk Grove Village Township Food Pantry staff will arrive to accept donations until 10:30 a.m. Everyone who donates will receive a free travel mug and coupon for a free medium coffee.

In addition, the Chicago Bulls Luvabulls and Bucket Boys along with Benny the Bull will be on site 9:30-10:30 a.m.

Mayor Johnson and members of the Chamber of Commerce will join the group at 10 a.m. for the ribbon cutting and presentation of a $500 check to the Village Township food Pantry.
