David Adler Music and Arts Center presents Celtic Guitar Concert

The David Adler Music and Arts Center announces a classical guitar concert by Ron Eshoo on Saturday, March 18th at 7pm, featuring a set of powerful Celtic arrangements for the guitar.

Ron Eshoo, a member of the guitar faculty at the David Adler Music and Arts Center, will also perform sets of music by Isaac Albéniz, Dionisio Aguado, and by Scarlatti.

"Those three composers cover three different time periods," says Eshoo. "It will be a variety of music that's particularly fitting for the guitar."

Eshoo studied classical guitar performance at William Rainey Harper and Northeastern Illinois University.

"It's an honor for me to be teaching at the Adler Center where there is so much young talent," says Eshoo "And to perform this music that I am so passionate about is very exciting."

Tickets for Ron Eshoo: Celtic and Spanish Guitar are $20 for general admission. Adler Center Members and all students receive a discount. Purchase tickets by visiting www.adlercenter.org.
