Woodland school board candidate forum March 14

Woodland Elementary District 50's Parent Teacher Association will host a school board candidate forum from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Tuesday, March 14, at Woodland Intermediate School, 1115 N. Hunt Club Road, Gurnee.

There are 11 candidates vying for five seats on the Gurnee-based Woodland school board. Nine candidates are seeking election to four, 4-year terms on the board and two candidates are seeking election to one, 2-year term.

The forum will be moderated by a representative from the Lake County League of Women Voters.
