Northwest Community Healthcare rings in new year with Baby Jacob

Northwest Community Healthcare welcomed its first baby of 2017 at 12:11 a.m. on New Year's Day, the newest member of the Raper family of Huntley.

Jacob William Raper was born by C-section and weighed 8 lbs., 9 oz. He was 22.5 inches long.

Dr. Julie Springer delivered Jacob. His parents are Tiffany and Josh Raper and big sister is Gracie.
