En Fuego Mexican Grille opens in Oakbrook Terrace

OAKBROOK TERRACE — En Fuego Mexican Grille recently opened at 17w648 22nd St. in Oakbrook Terrace.

Owner Joe Fernandez Jr. said the restaurant is premiering a fresh twist on classic Mexican dishes along with high-quality handcrafted margaritas and specialty drinks.

From our traditional guacamole, fresh ceviche, original crafted tacos, sizzling fajitas, enchiladas and our carne asada ... everything is made fresh daily and you will taste the difference,” said Fernandez. “The restaurant's design, decor and furniture is imported from small villages in Mexico. It isoriginal, warm, inviting and authentic.”

En Fuego also features the all new Los Caballos Cantina, a casual and comfortable Modern Mexican Cantina. Featuring over 60 tequilas, imported Mexican beers, specialty wines from Mexico, Spain and South America and of course margaritas made with the owners El Nacimiento Tequila.

Hours are Monday - Thursday 11 a.m.-11 p.m., Friday and Saturday 11 a.m.-midnight and Sunday 11 a.m. - 10 p.m.
