Can't wait to see what GOP delivers

Alright. It's over. And now I can take the bumper sticker off my car which says, "Alfred E. Neuman for President: The Most Serious Candidate."

What's sobering is that that like me, many Americans were not thrilled with either candidate. A different Democratic candidate could have easily defeated Donald Trump, just like a different Republican candidate could have more easily defeated Hillary Clinton.

But, the American people have spoken, and now with a Republican President and Republican-controlled congress, the national leadership has four years to implement their philosophy to make our country wonderful and problem-free. No excuses. No need for consensus building through reaching across the aisle. I can't wait to see what gets delivered.
