Hey, bartender! Mix yourself into the Daily Herald's fourth annual Absolut Martini Challenge. Submit your favorite Absolut martini recipes at events.dailyherald.com/contests. Readers vote for their favorite by Nov. 18. The top 12 advance to compete at the challenge Monday, Dec. 12, at Drink in Schaumburg. Catch Sixteen Candles at Durty Nellie's at 10:30 p.m. Saturday. The beer of the month is 4 Hands Chocolate Milk Stout, which goes for $4 a pint. Now patrons can sample more beers for half the price.
