The Cradle names Perez president and CEO

EVANSTON - Kim Perez joins The Cradle as the new president and chief executive officer.

As CEO, Perez is responsible for the leadership and management of the organization and expansion of offerings to meet the growing needs of the families it serves.

Perez served as executive director of People's Resource Center, a non-profit dedicated to supporting the basic necessities for over 32,000 people facing tough times in DuPage County. In her career, Perez has dedicated herself to serving children and families. Her experience in strategic execution and donor development as both an executive and board member of mission-driven organizations is an asset to The Cradle.

The Cradle has a long and influential position as an adoption agency delivering life-long support to build and strengthen families. Today, The Cradle focuses on adoption and three additional adoption and family-focused areas, including: counseling and therapy, digital education, and programming to support diverse families. Since 1923, The Cradle has helped more than 15,000 children find permanent, loving families.
