Girls volleyball: Harvest Christian wins No. 20

Mikayla Robinson had 11 kills while Amanda Cassidy added 7 kills, 7 digs and 5 aces as Harvest Christian's girls volleyball team won its 20th match of the season Wednesday with a 25-15, 25-9 win over IMSA.

Kaitlin Murray added 23 assists for the Lions (20-7) and Rylee Boldog had 4 kills and 4 digs.

Elgin Academy d. Mooseheart: Gia Joyce had 10 kills, 3 blocks and 7 aces, Madeline Sporina 4 kills and 6 digs and Rachel Dwyer 3 kills and 10 digs to lead the Hilltoppers (11-9) to a 25-21, 25-23 nonconference win. Nadine Kademoglou (15 assists) and Sophie Borchart (7 digs) also contributed.
