Juracek should not run for mayor again

When (Mayor Arlene) Juracek originally ran she said she would not run for a second term. Has she suffered a lapse of memory or did she intend to run for a second term all along?

Her mayoral record is clouded with a $5 million payout to settle a racketeering lawsuit in federal court, using a taxpayer funded car for a part-time job and paying a former city manager, who could not perform the duties of his job, a $200,000 severance package.
