Friendship Village Residents Strut Their Stuff

They danced, sang and strutted their stuff as residents of Friendship Village participated in the community's annual talent show.

"I am constantly amazed at the talent of many of our residents. Some of them have professional vocal and instrumental experience, and are so generous is sharing it with the community," said Donna Brown, lifestyles manager who was one of the coordinators of the show. "It's also so much fun that a number of our associates are always happy to jump in and perform as well."

This year's show featured a lip syncing of "I'm the Man" and a group performance of the theme song "Gilligan's Island."

"One of the residents once told me that he hasn't had this much fun since high school," said Donna. "We love the opportunity to let residents relive some of their favorite experiences."
