Compass Mortgage expands in Warrenville

Compass Mortgage Inc. signed a long-term lease for a larger office so it can expand its workforce and operations in Warrenville.

The company, which provides funds and mortgage services, plans to hire more workers when it moves to a 21,090-square-foot space at 27755 Diehl Road in early 2017, a Compass spokesman said.

The new office is about one-third larger than its current office in the same building, according to CBRE, which facilitated the new lease.

"The move is an investment in Compass' culture and changing workplace, and will aide them in the recruitment and retention of top talent," said Jon Springer, executive vice president with CBRE, a commercial real estate firm with offices in Chicago.
