Politicians' only skill is raising taxes
There is a pattern of financial behavior that politicians at all levels of government demonstrate. It is more obvious with the Democrats and Republicans aren't much better.
A look at states that are not doing well, like Illinois, shows Democrats have trouble balancing budgets. Ask yourself how Illinois can be in such a financial mess while neighboring states like Indiana and Wisconsin are not?
It appears that Democrats are either financially ignorant or just plain crooks. At the local level, Cook County is raising property taxes up to 25 percent or more. Why? Politicians find it the easy way out by raising taxes rather than cutting unproductive people and programs.
I have asked some politicians about taxes, "How much of my income are you willing to let me live on?" I never did get an answer.
Politicians see your income as theirs. If they don't increase taxes, they may not get paid or may lose some of their perks or even their job. If you haven't noticed, the word tax has changed to a need for investment in education, which Hillary wants to give free.
Who pays for that investment? It means less of my income I can live on.
Democrats are looking for useful idiots and it seems like they have found many. It's those that are looking for free stuff and are not looking to work.
