Report: 2 office buildings sold in Schaumburg
Irvine, California-based Sperry Equities has a deal to buy two buildings in the Woodfield Corporate Center, possibly for about $34 million, according to a report Wednesday citing unnamed sources in Crain's Chicago Business.
Sperry Equities has a contract to buy the office buildings at 150 and 200 N. Martingale Road in the Schaumburg office development, according to people familiar with the deal, the report said.
An exact price could not be determined, but it is believed to be about $65 per square foot, which would be a little less than $34 million, the report said.
Jack Carroll, Sperry's director of asset management, did not immediate respond for comment.
