5th Annual Windsor Park Senior Games

Residents at Windsor Park, a faith-based, not-for-profit continuing care retirement community tested their agility, strength, and flexibility during the 5th Annual Senior Games, a weeklong event that began on July 25 with a Parade of Nations kick-off ceremony and concluded on July 29 with a perimeter road walk and a closing ceremony, where some residents took home the gold. Activities included bocce ball, singles and doubles table tennis, a bicycle ride and foot race, pickle ball, badminton, horseshoes, and a golf putt tournament. "The games bring together our entire family of residents," said Windsor Park Executive Director Andrew Clauson. "They challenge each other and support each other and by the end of the week they've created and strengthened long-lasting friendships."
