The King's Players presents 'The Little Mermaid'

Journey "Under the Sea" as The King's Players, in partnership with District 214 Community Education, proudly presents Disney's "The Little Mermaid," a musical for the entire family. The show runs July 15-17 and July 22-24, 2016, at Rolling Meadows High School Theater.

Celebrating its 16th year, The King's Players Youth Community Theatre ministry of St. Mark Lutheran Church, in Mount Prospect, is thrilled to be producing Disney's "The Little Mermaid" this summer. The show, newly-released for amateur theater companies, is the full Broadway version.

The Little Mermaid will feature some of the area's most talented youth, under the direction of Jan Scott and Mark Brewer. The cast of middle and high school students are prepared to entertain audiences young and old alike with this much-loved Disney classic set under and above the high seas.

Tickets are $12 in advance and $15 at the door and can be purchased at thekingsplayers.org. New this year is the "Under The Sea" character brunch with Ariel and her friends on July 17, before the show. A separate ticket is needed for this fun event, and can also be purchased at thekingsplayers.org. Show and brunch ticket inquiries can be sent to tkpboxoffice@gmail.com.

Show times are 7:30 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays and 1:30 p.m. on Sundays at the Rolling Meadows High School Theater, 2901 Central Road, Rolling Meadows. For information, visit thekingsplayers.org.
