NAI Hiffman completes four transactions

OAKBROOK TERRACE - NAI Hiffman's Joe Bronson recently completed four suburban industrial transactions totaling nearly 170,000 square feet.

In the largest transaction, Neill Leasing Company purchased 7424 South Mason Avenue, an 86,250-square-foot building in Bedford Park, from Chicago Title Land Trust Company.

At 1100 Pratt Boulevard in Elk Grove Village, Phoenix Binding, a full service trade bindery and print finishing company, renewed its 39,500-square-footlease with Prologis. Also in Elk Grove Village, Midland IRA sold an 8,000-square-foot building located at 645 Lunt Avenue to Basic Holdings, Inc.

MJ Celco, Inc. purchased 3759 North Willow Road, a 36,000-square-foot industrial building, from Willow 3759 LLC in Schiller Park.

Bronson, executive vice president with NAI Hiffman's Industrial Services group, represented Neill Leasing Company, Phoenix Binding, Midland IRA, Willow 3759 LLC and MK Celco, Inc. in the separate transactions. Jonathan Kohn with Colliers represented Basic Holdings, Inc.
