Another blow for small business

After reading the help for small business in the June 2 Business section, what an eye opener. Here's a small-business owner trying to make it, even with the various government regulations that are stifling the small guy and paying prevailing wages, etc., but competing against free money. People tell him why should I work for you when I get money not to work? The American work ethic, has it gone out the window? Greece, move over because we will be right behind you.
