Gene & Georgetti in Rosemont celebrates its sister restaurant's 75 years in Chicago with performers every Saturday in June, as well as classic cocktails on the newly opened outdoor patio. Weeknights, stop in for the prime time bar menu happy hour from 4 to 6 p.m. that includes the filet bearnaise, prime rib sandwich, chicken salad pita, tuna salad pita and more. Martini Room's summer flights

The tastes of summer fill Martini Room's new flights. Throughout June, the summer solstice mini martini flights include five tastes for $15. Drinks are: strawberry seduction with basil-infused vodka, St. Germain Elder Flower liqueur, white cranberry juice and lime juice in a sugar-cayenne pepper-rimmed glass with a strawberry and lime garnish; southern peach with 2 Gingers Irish whiskey, peach puree, peach schnapps, orange juice and lemonade; as well as the picante; lemon sorbet; and pistachio ice cream.
