Mead Johnson sets 4 cent quarterly dividend

GLENVIEW - Mead Johnson Nutrition Co.'s board of directors declared a regular quarterly dividend of 4.125 cents per share for the quarter ending June 30, paid on July 5 to shareholders of record at close of business on June 20.

Mead Johnson develops, manufactures, markets and distributes more than 70 products in pediatric nutrition to over 50 markets worldwide.
