Free picnic in Mundelein on Saturday

The Mundelein Park District's annual community picnic is set for Saturday, June 11, at Diamond Lake Beach, 1016 Diamond Lake Road. The event is free and open to anyone, regardless of where you live. Activities will run from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. An exercise class, kayaking, swimming and a water ski show are among the planned activities. Luke's of Mundelein will offer food for sale.
