Turtle Wax to relocate headquarters to Addison

Turtle Wax Inc. said it will relocate its world headquarters from Willowbrook to 25,115 square feet at Meadows Office Center II, 2250 Pinehurst Blvd, in Addison.

Founded by Benjamin Hirsch in 1941, Turtle Wax is the largest automotive appearance products company in the world and distributes its products in more than 90 countries.

Meadows Office Center II, a two-story 101,000-square-foot office building just south of the Medinah Country Club, is now 70 percent leased. The asset is a joint venture with ACG Equities, Toft Asset Management and a private investment fund.

Daniel Nack of Cushman & Wakefield represented Turtle Wax, Mark Smith and Bill Saviski of CBRE represented the building owner.
