Ala Carte Entertainment holds hospitality event

Ala Carte Entertainment rolled out the red carpet at its first "Taste of Ace" event recently at Drink Nightclub in Schaumburg.

This special VIP event was designed exclusively for event/meeting planners offering the perfect opportunity to introduce their newest venture- Ala Carte Special Events.

The idea behind this event was to create a night in which to showcase Ala Carte Entertainment's variety of restaurant concepts and venues along with their event partners all under one roof. With over 300 people in attendance, this event featured 36 different event businesses including Ala Carte's twelve restaurants. Other vendors in attendance where Stellar Productions Inc., Indestructo Rental Company Inc., Omega Sign and Lighting Inc., Windy City Limousine, Windy City Linen, The Baking Institute, Fred Fox studios, Aberdeens Floral and more.

Guests were treated to food samples that included Grilled Mahi Mahi from Rosie's Rivers Edge Tavern in Rosemont, Reuben Crostinis from Paddy's Comeback Inn and Lobster Bisque Shooters from Sweet Caroline's Crab-N-Que.

To cap off the event, Ala Carte Special Events gave away two grand prizes - "Gianni Tenuta" walked away with a Boat Cruise for 20 guests from RockintheChain.com and "Vincent Murphy" won a Culinary Class for 6 from Morettis Ristorante and Pizzeria.
