Bucs re-sign S Chris Conte, add CB Josh Robinson

TAMPA, Fla. (AP) - The Tampa Bay Buccaneers have re-signed safety Chris Conte and also agreed to a contract with free agent cornerback Josh Robinson.

Conte started 13 games last season after joining the Bucs on a one-year contract in free agency. He had 78 tackles, two interceptions and forced two fumbles.

Robinson was an unrestricted free agent after spending his first four pro seasons with the Minnesota Vikings. The 2012 third-round draft pick out of Central Florida has started 21 of 47 games he's appeared in and has five career interceptions.

The team announced the moves Monday.
