Candidate not beholden to special interest money

I support Deb Bullwinkle, mayor of Villa Park, for Congress in the 8th Congressional District. Deb supports paid family leave, getting illegal guns off our streets, expanding mental health coverage and using savings from cutting health care costs to protect Medicare.

One of Deb's opponents, Raja Kristhamoorthi, has much greater visibility in this race because he has an enormous campaign fund that pays for repeated mailings, TV advertising, signs, etc. We need to know who his main financial supporters are and whether they would influence his votes in Congress if he is elected.

Deb has modest financial resources and would not be beholden to special interests. She pledges to be a voice for the average person and to reach across the aisle to get the people's business done.
