How does governor get the reminder?
So, Gov. Rauner does not use email. And the Illinois secretary of state no longer mails Illinois license sticker renewal notifications, except by email. How does the governor get notified when his vehicle sticker needs to be renewed? Or does he get a pass on the sticker?
