Consider this talking point, candidates

More seniors eat than drive and it's time that the government realizes that fact. Basing Social Security incomes on the transportation industry is no longer a realistic picture of life after 65.

Although I am aware that the change will take time, it is important that a change must be made.

A Business Section noted an increase in food prices, a scary thing for me. Food banks are a blessing for many but for myself and other nearly housebound seniors they are only a dream. Candidates would do well to consider this a talking point and gain senior votes.
