Maybe Chinese will come to our rescue

We can rebuild Iraq and pay 75 percent of Europe's defense budget. But, when it comes time to raise the gas tax 10 cents a gallon to rebuild our crumbling infrastructure, the Republicans refuse, calling it socialism.

So, maybe we should hope the Chinese come to our rescue.
