Comic Con March 5 at Schaumburg library

A Comic Con will take place from 1 to 4 p.m. Saturday, March 5, at the Schaumburg Township District Library, 130 S. Roselle Road in Schaumburg.

All ages are invited to this pop culture celebration, which will take place in the lobby and in various locations throughout the library.

Participants are welcome to wear family-friendly costumes, though costumes are not required. All those in costume are invited to march in the costume parade, which will take place at approximately 2 p.m. in the lobby. Comic Con events are free and do not require registration.

Artists' Alley in the Audiovisual Theatre will include several comic book authors and artists.
