McShane awarded Park Ridge fitness project

McShane Construction Co. has been awarded the 67,000 square foot Park Ridge fitness center assignment on behalf of owner, Fitness Formula Clubs.

The full-service health, sports, fitness and spa facility is located at the intersection of Cumberland and Touhy Avenues at 826 West Touhy Ave., within steps of the Metra station and downtown district of Park Ridge.

Construction is underway with a scheduled completion in the 2016-2017 winter season.
