Wilder's new band put on good show

The Mount Prospect Park District really made a mistake when they fired Ralph Wilder and lost most of the Mount Prospect Concert Band members.

Last night I had the privilege of attending a concert by the newly formed Northwest Concert Band, directed by Mr. Wilder and made up of mostly alumnae of the former mentioned band. They sounded better than ever, and it was a fantastic concert. The program was varied, the acoustics in the Lutheran Home Chapel were wonderful, and it was a pleasure to listen to such beautiful music for an hour.
