Can't have enough fact-checking

Kudos to the Daily Hearld for printing the "Debate Fact Check" article on Page 13 of the Friday, Jan. 15 issue. I suggest that in the future it be placed on Page 1, Section 1 of the newspaper. This election may be one of the most important in out nation's history and helpful information such as this in not something that should be buried on Page 13.

May I further suggest that this "fact checking" be expanded to "political fact checking" for statements made by politicans that are reported in the paper. I may have missed previous "fact check" articles which is why I am suggesting this. Truth is too important for placement anywhere than Page 1.

One final note is that all news media should present fact checking on every statement being reported by that media, being newspaper, television or news magazines.
