Bar 145 opens in former Blues Bar location in Mount Prospect

Bar 145, the new eatery in the former Blues Bar in downtown Mount Prospect, is now open for lunch and dinner. The restaurant at 34 S. Main St. features burgers, bourbon and live music, among other items, and its name comes from the temperature of a perfectly cooked medium-rare burger. It's owned by Deana and Lenny Rago, village residents who also operate Panino's Pizza, which has locations in Park Ridge, Evanston and Wrigleyville. The restaurant is open from 11:30 a.m. to 1 a.m. Sunday through Thursday and 11:30 a.m. to 2 a.m. on Friday and Saturday.
