VA health system was just fine

We've all heard complaints and horror stories about the VA health system.

For a variety of reasons I decided to take advantage of some of my VA health system benefits.

While I've only been there three times, I've found the staff their courteous, cheerful and as accommodating as they could be. I was able to get appointments within reasonable time periods and my time in the waiting room and exam room were minimal.

I recently had seen one of my other doctors and spent an hour in an exam room. No one ever came in to say there was a problem. When I checked in, no one said that the doctor was running late. Finally, after an hour, I simply walked out.

The difference between this doctor and his office staff as opposed to the VA was day and night different.
