BOS Holdings acquires Florida company

ROSELLE - BOS Holdings said it has purchased Florida Business Interiors in Orlando, Florida, for an undisclosed amount.

BOS Holdings will continue to operate the new acquisition under the FBI name and will function independently of BOS. FBI will have the ability to leverage the diverse services of BOS Holdings' companies and will go to market with more tools, capabilities and support than ever before.

FBI was founded in 1992 by Lyndell Patrick and Denny Bowman, as a Preferred Haworth office furniture dealership.

"We are very excited to add FBI Orlando to our family of businesses, owned and operated by BOS Holdings, an ESOP company," stated George Pfeiffer, CEO of BOS Holdings. "FBI has a remarkable reputation for over 20 years in the Orlando market, with strong leadership and a fantastic team of employees from sales and design to operations.

"It is our plan to grow FBI Orlando aggressively in 2016 and we are actively looking for salespeople, designers and installers. FBI plans to relocate to an exciting new showroom in 2016."

BOS Holdings is the parent company of Business Office Systems, Chicago and Roselle; Affordable Office Interiors, Roselle, Madison, WI and Milwaukee, WI; and Business Office Systems Installations, Lake Forest.
