Hanover Township to host yoga retreat for women ages 55 and older
Hanover Township will offer a yoga retreat for women ages 55 and older on Jan. 7 at the Hanover Township Izaak Walton Center and Reserve.
The retreat will run from noon to 4 p.m. and feature beginners yoga, chair massages and light snacks. Attendees are advised to bring a pillow, blanket and yoga mat, if possible.
Registration with the township and a $5 donation are required. The Izaak Walton Center and Reserve is located at 899 Jay St. in Elgin.
