PARCC story falls short

Is this an accurate story of how well students across the Northwest Suburbs are doing on PARCC testing?

Not really, out of the top five high schools reported, between 47% and 90+% of the students were not tested in either reading or math according to the table presented but there is no explanation of how the rating can be as high as it is with so many students not being tested.

Perhaps Melissa Silverberg, the reporter did not notice the numbers of non-participants or failed to understand that statistically, the numbers in the table have little or no value with that number of non-participants? Either way, it is misleading reporting and I have no idea which are the five best high schools.
